Functional frames give a couch the intended shape, support and overall look. Our process involves using kiln-dried hard wood frames to improve durability while enhancing the sofas life span.

Kiln drying reduces the moisture levels in wood thus it doesn’t warp and lose shape due to changes in temperature and humidity. The L-braced hardwood frames holds screws, nails and pegs at stress and joint points.

Webbing is the hallmark of comfort in leather couches as it determines how weight is distributed evenly to conform to movement of the body. It involves the use of pocketed coils and sinuous/no sag springs to create the 8 way hand tie system which enables individual springs to move independently hence responding fast to give lasting uniform comfort.

Cushions are mainly about the feel, comfort but they can make or break the sofa look if not done right. We use polyurethane foam with a density
of 2.25lbs for durability. The foam is wrapped in fabric and filled with hollow fiber to add the plush in the seat cushion. Double wrapping the
foam core prevents the fabric from rubbing against it thus maintaining
the rounded non-lumpy look.
